I'm just about to fly out to Hong Kong for five days for a meeting with colleagues. I've been asked to run a session on the effect of, tips and tricks for using social media.
I carried out a quick survey beforehand to assess how engaged people already were with social media so I could gauge what I would need to present.
Most people don't use social media for business yet so I have kept the session practical. Although, I have a lot to cover in an hour.
